френд kerbasi написал про Фемен (давненько уже, но тем не менее).

благодаря его посту я узнала о существовании у них страницы на MySpace. я почитала то, что они там пишут, и пришла в состояние глубокого когнитивного диссонанса.
страничка ядовито-розового цвета, на которой написано буквально следующее:

To counteract actively the negative tendencies endangering physical and mental health of the Ukrainian women community. Inform the society of the Ukrainian women’s issues and problems.

To develop leadership, intellectual and moral qualities of the young women in Ukraine.

To build up the image of Ukraine, the country with great opportunities for women.

To establish cooperation with other international women’s organizations to carry out the large-scale international programmes on the territory of Ukraine.

да. отмеченное болдом. они сами регулярно в материалах отечественной прессы утверждают, что они не феминистки и с феминистками не имеют ничего общего. а вот для Европы -- да, конечно, феминистки, мало места. предполагаю, что им стоит либо снять крестик, либо надеть трусы.

боюсь, однако, что креатив у них какой-то слишком однообразный. и напоминает мне старую песню Нау -- Стриптиз. в которой парень требовал от своей девушки, чтобы она вышла на улицу голой, чтобы эпатировать мещан.

так вот, эпатировать мещан голыми сиськами явно недостаточно.
